  • UPI ID (if applicable)
  • OTPs sent by banks or Hindustan ATM

Location Access:

We collect real-time location (Geo Location) for services such as AEPS, BBPS, and Money Transfer, governed by NPCI, and for employee visit tracking (Sales, FOS, etc.).

We share your data only as necessary and as permitted by law:

  • For Aadhaar authentication through CIDR or NSDL

Upon expiration of retention timelines, data is securely deleted.

   - “Personal Information” shall have the meaning assigned under the IT Act and includes sensitive personal data or information.

   Use of our services is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. Use of Information for Platform Improvement

   We may use your Personal Information, device information, and usage patterns to analyze and improve our services, user experience, system performance, and security.

  1. IP Address and Log Files

   We may collect information such as your IP address, device ID, operating system, browser type, and timestamps to ensure security, prevent fraud, and analyze trends and traffic.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless H91 Fintech Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from: 

    - your misuse of the Platform; 

    - violation of any applicable law or rights of a third party; 

    - breach of this Privacy Policy.
